  • Ian Baker

Hi everyone! My name is Ian Baker and I am a junior from Chester, Virginia. I am currently majoring in Chemical Engineering with a concentration in Biomolecular Engineering and Economics through Notre Dame’s Reilly Dual Degree Program, and have a minor in Bioengineering. I live in Siegfried Hall (the best dorm on campus) and am an active participant in interhall sports. Outside of my dorm, I am a member of the Irish Guard and clarinet section within the Band of the Fighting Irish. During the 2020-2021 season, I will serve as one of the Assistant Drum Majors for the band. I am also heavily involved in Student Government where I am the Co-Director of the Department of Student Life, which takes on any and all responsibilities pertaining to the betterment of the student experience here on campus. I also participate in Notre Dame’s Student International Business Council, where my main area of focus is in consulting. The Reilly Spring Visit Program was a huge reason why I decided to come to Notre Dame and I am super excited to now work as a Student Recruitment Coordinator within the program and look forward to this opportunity!

  • Logan Balfantz

Howdy. My name is Logan Balfantz, and I’m a freshman from the Greater New Orleans area. I’m currently studying at the Mendoza College of Business with a major in Marketing and minors in the Education, Schooling, and Society program and in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship program. Because of my first-generation and low-income background, my work and philosophy are rooted in educational equity and entrepreneurship. As such, I’m involved on campus with organizations like AnBryce, QuestBridge, 1stG ND, and the Financial Literacy Club. I’m not really religious right now, so my ND story is pretty unique. I currently live in Alumni Hall, and in my free time, I love hanging with my friends around campus and my section mates in 1SA. Being from New Orleans, I’m a big food, sports, and music guy. I’m always down to talk about any of the above; just reach out and introduce yourself. I hope I can help you learn more about Notre Dame through the unique lens of a student from a background like mine and enjoy your Reilly experience even though we’re online this year. Go Irish and welcome home!

  • Crystal DiBiase

Hey guys! My name is Crystal DiBiase and I am a sophomore here at Notre Dame currently living in Pasquerilla East Hall but originally from Kenosha, Wisconsin! I am majoring in Neuroscience with minors in Latino Studies and Theology and I am on the pre-med track. I am the president of the Medicine, Education, and Development for Low-Income Families Everywhere chapter on campus, a babysitting commissioner for the Right to Life Club, an English teacher in the South Bend area for La Casa de Amistad, and an advising fellow through Matriculate for low-income, high achieving high school students. I am a research assistant in the Building Resilience After Violence Exposure (BRAVE) Lab under the direction of Dr. Miller-Graff and I am also a Fighting Irish Scholar! When I am not participating in campus activities, I am hanging out with my friends, going to dorm masses, drinking tea, and finding the next addictive TV show to binge. I love meeting new people and talking about ND so don’t be afraid to reach out! I can’t wait to meet you guys and be a part of your Notre Dame journey!

  • Lizzie Keuler

Hey everyone! My name is Lizzie Keuler, and I’m a senior Accounting and Spanish double major. While I’m originally from Mequon, Wisconsin, a suburb just outside Milwaukee, come August, I will be starting my tax position with Plante Moran at their Chicago office. Here in South Bend, I live off campus, but during my time on-campus, I lived in Pasquerilla West, better known as Pdub. In addition to my position as a Student Recruitment Coordinator, I ride for the Notre Dame Equestrian Team and act as the team’s Vice President and captain. I am a chocolate chip banana bread fiend, Criminal Minds enthusiast, and love to curl up with a good book. I can’t wait to meet all of you so soon, and if you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out!

  • Michael Lukowicz

Hey everyone! My name is Michael Lukowicz, and I’m a sophomore in Keough Hall. As a pre-med student, I’m majoring in Neuroscience & Behavior and Music Performance. Before attending Notre Dame, I am proud to have called Dallas, Texas my home for 18 years—which probably explains my fascination with snow in South Bend. Aside from the piano practice rooms in O’Neill Hall of Music, you might find me singing with Glee Club, volunteering at the Center for Civic Innovation, or attending Keough Hall’s spirited weekly Mass. Some of my favorite activities include running around the lakes with friends, playing Spikeball on South Quad, and treating myself to Modern Market in Duncan Student Center. My experience during the Reilly Spring Visit Program is what convinced me that Notre Dame was the right choice for me, so I can’t wait to share my perspective on what makes this place so incredible

  • Gannat Mukhtar

Hey everyone! My name is Gannat Mukhtar, and I am currently a freshman deciding between Philosophy and Economics as my major, ultimately hoping to stay on the Pre-Law track. On campus, McGlinn Hall is where I call home. Off campus, I am from Linden, New Jersey, and so I stand by North Jersey being better than South Jersey and that Central Jersey does not exist. My passions revolve around a better world for everyone, so I really enjoy anything from doing community service to just having an uplifting conversation with someone feeling down. On campus, I’m hoping to get more involved with service organizations and the dorm community next year. Notre Dame has something for everyone. I was in the badminton club last semester just so once a week we could play for an hour or two, so I hope the activities here only make you excited to be involved and not nervous. Notre Dame students are genuinely some of the best people I’ve ever met, and the Reilly Spring Visit Program was my first introduction into seeing that. I’m a part of this team so I can give you guys the same experience that made me see Notre Dame really is home. Can’t wait to meet you all, even if it is online due to the pandemic. I hope you’ve all been settling well through all of this, please be SO proud of all of your achievements even if everything has been different since March. If you ever have any questions or just want to talk, please feel more than welcome to reach out!

  • Noble Patidar

Hey guys! I’m Noble Patidar, currently a senior Finance and Political Science double major. I’m from the Sunshine State, Florida, so I know a thing or two about going from hot weather back to South Bend. I love to do a wide variety of things including Student Government, South Asian Student Association, and throwing events for my dorm Keough Hall, but by far my favorite thing to do is to paint myself full-body green or gold at the football games! Beyond those things, I love socializing and meeting people. I am a hot chocolate connoisseur, a Taco Bell enthusiast, and a Harry Potter fanboy, and I’m sure I share at least one of these things with you. Don’t ever hesitate to reach out about anything. I can’t wait to meet all of you this Spring!

  • Tatiana Pernetti

Hi! I’m Tatiana Pernetti but you can call me Tati. I’m a senior Political Science and Management Consulting double major from Miami, Florida and I lived in Lyons Hall (the only dorm featured in Rudy so be sure to check out our famous arch!). Last year I was abroad in Angers, France. On campus, I am the president of the John Quincy Adams Society (a club focusing on foreign policy), I was on the executive board of Diversity Council for three years, and I am choreographer/performer for Project Fresh hip-hop group. I am also an undergraduate fellow for the Notre Dame International Security Certificate Program and I volunteer at the Robinson Community Learning Center. In my free time, I hang out with my friends in my common room or attend sporting events (fun fact I had never watched a hockey game before coming here). If any of my activities interest you, please reach out! I am SUPER talkative, my FAVORITE topic is Notre Dame, and I have friends involved in almost every group on campus so please ask me literally anything. I can’t wait to share this fun-filled weekend with you! Go Irish!

  • Meenu Selvan

Hello! My name is Meenu Selvan. I am a junior currently residing off campus, but McGlinn Hall is where I call home at Notre Dame. I am an aspiring entrepreneur and businesswoman, who is studying Finance and Economics with a minor in Real Estate. I am from Staten Island, NY - the second best borough of NYC. I am the Assistant Student Union Treasurer for the Financial Management Board, which oversees the allocation of proceeds from The Shirt Charity Fund to Student Union groups and reviews applications for the fund from students who are seeking financial assistance in paying for expenses related to extraordinary illnesses or injuries. I am currently the Multicultural Commissioner for McGlinn Hall, where I host Diversity Committee meetings and produce informative materials for residents of the dorm. I was involved in Student Government’s Executive Cabinet as the Director of Department of Faith & Service (2019-2020) and the BetterTogetherND program at the Center for Social Concerns (2019-Present). I work actively with student groups and provide them solutions to issues related to financing an event a group would like to host. In my leisure time (RARE), I enjoy setting up pranks for my friends. I am an avid fashion enthusiast and a South Park fan. Also, I can always settle for a Venti White Chocolate Mocha with whip cream from Starbucks three times a day at any time and can indulge in a variety of cheeses anytime, anywhere. After attending the Reilly Spring Visit Program in April 2018, I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a RSVP Student Recruitment Coordinator team to share my experiences with prospective students and their families.

  • Ndicke Sow

Hi guys! My name is Ndicke Sow and I’m a senior studying Neuroscience and Behavior with the end goal of becoming a pediatrician or psychiatrist. I was born and raised just outside Atlanta, so it’s safe to say the weather I experienced at ND has been interesting to say the least. Ask me if I’ve ever gotten used to the cold haha. On campus, I am involved in many cultural clubs such as the African Student Association. You can also find me at Black Student Association and Muslim Student Association meetings! I am involved in the Sleep and Memory psychology research lab here at Notre Dame. Outside of the classroom, I am very much a fan of binge-watching Netflix shows while smashing on some Papa John’s pizza. I can always be found walking around campus listening to music, so if you ever want some new music to listen to, I am definitely your girl. I can’t wait to show you guys what it’s like to be part of the ND family!
